Sixth Form Curriculum

$counter
Princess Helena College sixth form offers an incredibly flexible and wide ranging curriculum. There are over 20 different subjects to choose from and new subjects are considered and added regularly to meet the individual needs and aspirations of our students.

To learn more about each of the areas listed below, please refer to the Academic section of the website and click on curriculum. All departments offer excellent teaching and facilities. A wide range of opportunities are available in each subject including the chance for students to visit local, national and international locations and to benefit from lectures and talks from specialists.

The vast majority of students take four subjects at AS level and continue with three of these subjects at A level.  Sixth formers also take part in two periods of PSHE and PE per week.  There are many opportunities for students to add further lessons to their timetable such as LAMDA speech and drama, individual music lessons, peripatetic sports coaching sessions or GCSEs including Dance.
