Personal Assistant to the Head, term time plus 5 flexi weeks per annum
£ competitive, based on ability and experience
We are seeking a bright, professional and proactive individual to join the School as Personal Assistant to the Head.
The role will involve assisting and advising the Head in the day to day management of her time in support of both her School leadership and wider responsibilities. This will include providing a full range of secretarial and administrative services to the Head, including arranging meetings and preparing and distributing agendas, minutes and papers, photocopying and preparation of presentations. The role also involves becoming and remaining informed of all appropriate aspects of the Head’s role, so as to be able to be pro-active in offering assistance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate substantial prior experience of providing Executive assistance in a PA/admin management role and must have excellent communication skills, being adept at communicating with all levels of stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and proof reading skills are also essential.
