Developing Potential

The progress of pupils is monitored closely to ensure that all girls are engaging with their learning and developing appropriately in all areas of the curriculum.

Each Head of each Key Stage provides an opportunity for girls to reflect on their learning, to discuss strategies to help learning and, where appropriate, to set targets or decide on an action plan. Girls in Years 11-13 are also supported by Personal Tutors.

The Head of Creative and Critical Thinking works with teachers to help all girls become flexible thinkers and independent learners through their lessons.

The Assistant Head – Learning and Communication is responsible for the introduction of new initiatives, the Scholars' Programme and our virtual learning environment.
