Art, drama and sport scholarships (worth 10% of fees) are awarded in Year 9 to commence in the GCSE year (Year 10), and finish in Year 11.
Music scholarships are available from Year 7 (worth 10% of fees and finishing at the end of Year 11). A music candidate will be expected to have reached a minimum standard of Grade 3 on her main instrument. In the audition, she should be prepared to perform two contrasting pieces, scales and aural tests, and to take part in an interview with the Director of Music.
Music Awards (lessons paid for in one instrument) are also available for particularly talented students.
Sixth Form scholarships: up to two Academic Scholarships (15% of fees) and Art, Drama, Music and Sport Scholarships (10% of fees) are available.
Bursaries:
The College offers means-tested bursaries covering up to 100% of fees, and such awards can be extended to include agreed extra charges. Parents of girls seeking bursary assistance should indicate their interest during the application process and will then be asked to complete an application form. Means-tested bursaries may be reviewed annually and revised. It is also a condition of any award that parents advise the school of material changes in their financial position that may lead to the level of their bursary being adjusted upwards or downwards.
