Saturday 22 May 2010 - Celebrating 190 years of PHC
A celebration lunch was held reuniting all old girls at PHC. The day began at 11.15 am with a sparkling reception and a welcome by the Headmistress.  After a delicious lunch, the new Assault Course was opened, which was funded by your kind donations in memory of Miss Joyce Wooldridge who taught games, gym and country dancing at PHC from 1936 -1968. The afternoon saw old girls partaking in a 21st century lesson, followed by a lovely afternoon tea. Great fun was had by all!

Contact

The Old Girls' Association is run by two former pupils, Carol Murray, Chairman, and Susannah Goodbody, the OGA Secretary. Since taking on the job in 1996 they have been trying to trace as many past pupils and staff as possible, whose records may have been lost or destroyed over the years. If you are an Old Girl or were a member of the Staff, but are not a member of the Association, do get in touch with them - they really would like to hear from you whether you would like to become a member or not.

School Archives

We are in the process of collecting past uniform, exercise books, badges, photograph albums, loose photographs etc. anything that is of interest to Old Girls, Old Staff and pupils. After cataloging, items will be displayed in the College for all to appreciate. If you have anything looking for a home that you think might be of interest from your days at PHC with which you are prepared to part, it would be very much appreciated if you could get in touch with Susannah Goodbody, OGA Secretary.
