The PE department at Princess Helena College is forward thinking and extremely successful locally. All students have access to more than the 2 hours of activity per week which is recommended by the National Curriculum, and are offered a large number of extra-curricular activities, both during the lunch hour and after school. Sport is regarded positively within the school; success is celebrated and individual efforts rewarded.

Well done to Year 7 and 8 Rounders teams for their recent participation in a tournament. Year 7 played very well but unfortunately lost their games. Player of the tournament was Jocelyn Preko.
Year 8 also played well, winning one game and scoring points in their other games. Player of the tournament was Annie Reid.
