Throughout their school life girls are encouraged to take responsibility for themselves and others. Every girl has her role to play and none more so than the Prefect Team, who play an invaluable role in school life.
This year's team is led by Charlotte Gregory, Head Girl.
Sparkling Summer Ball June 2011
Over 200 parents, sixth form girls, staff, governors and friends of PHC gathered for the Butterfly Ball. The event was a great success and raised over £8,000 for the local charity CHIPS and for school funds
Annual Clay Shoot May 2011
The annual clay shoot was an enjoyable and successful morning with 50 'guns' taking part in the competition. The shoot was followed by a delicious lunch in the Old Hall and over £2,000 was raised from tickets, raffle and spot auction.
Quiz and Curry Evening February 2011
The Parents' Fundraising Committee held a Quiz and Curry Evening on 12 February. The event sold out in record time and raised over £1200 from ticket sales and an auction of a delicious meal cooked by Bipin himself.
Congratulations go to the winning team who was called "and the winners if the curry and quiz night are ...."
Christmas Market November 2010
Many thanks to all the families and friends of PHC who supported this event and contributed to such an excellent and festive afternoon. We hosted 35 stallholders selling products that ranged from Christmas Decorations and Floral Displays to Jewellery, Vintage Clothing, Original Artwork and Cupcakes.
At Princess Helena College, we are very fortunate to have Her Majesty the Queen as our Patron, HRH The Duchess of Gloucester as our President and Miss Mary Beattie MBE JP DL as our Vice President.
Our supportive team of Governors, which works tirelessly on behalf of the college, is led by our Chairman, Mr Nicholas O'Sullivan. All of our Governors work closely with the Headmistress and Bursar to develop the School, to provide the best education possible
Governors, staff and girls are fortunate to have the support of a prestigious panel of advisors who enrich the girls' education by providing specialist knowledge that is used to enhance the curriculum, to host events and to offer unique experiences to the girls.
